You can run but you can't hide. 

Eventually the dip catches up to us all. 

It's the reason we cry when there's mo milk for our cereal. It's the reason our legs feel like cement first thing in the morning. And it's the reason we snap on others for no apparent reason. 

The mid-November dip is a reality of life for athletes and their parents everywhere, so instead of crying about it, I asked Steph. St. Laurent for some advice on how to deal with it.
