Fitness and Food & Beverage Re-Opening – Phase 1

Dear Members,

We know we’ve been sending out a lot of new updates and information, we appreciate your patience.  We are definitely excited to continue with the slow process of re-opening!  As you have already experienced or probably expect, things are looking and operating a little different as the Club re-opens and adapts to the new required protocols. First and foremost, our priority is the health and safety of you, our members, and our staff. The changes that you are seeing are based on recommendations from local and provincial health authorities, and are intended to help protect everyone’s health and safety.

IMPORTANT:

In this initial Phase One re-opening; only those members that have come to the club for an activity are allowed to remain on the premises to utilize our food and beverage options. Members cannot come down and use the Tiki Deck or Cafe at this stage.

This is a TEMPORARY measure as we implement our F&B safety protocols, and as soon as possible, we will be adding a reservation service in the near future to allow for drop-ins for the Tiki Deck. Thank you for your patience.

Once again, it is the goal of Management and the Board to provide members as much use of the Club as possible within these very challenging and constantly changing times.  We also want to acknowledge that the process of re-starting, re-opening, and/or re-emerging will be different for each individual. Personal circumstances, experiences, and perceptions will play a big role in how each member approaches the next few months, but we look forward to seeing you again in the near future at the Club!

If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to send them to jhayes@nswc.ca and/or board@nswc.ca.
