The Board is committed to completing a member satisfaction survey every 2-3 years, and since the last survey was completed in February 2016, it’s time now to gather valuable and detailed feedback from the Membership on key issues that will impact the Club today, tomorrow, and in the years to come.
This survey has EIGHT sections and should take no more than 30 minutes to complete (not including the optional input of comments, which we strongly encourage). In addition, we encourage EACH member of the family to complete their own survey.
Please be assured that all feedback will be kept completely confidential and that all results and comments will be presented in an aggregate format. There is no technology being used that identifies what responses are made by any individual.
The deadline for completing this survey has been extended until October 14th, 2018.
