Position Summary (intro):

Join our team as a friendly and efficient Café Cashier! You’ll provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and help keep our café running smoothly. As the face of club hospitality, you’ll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members and employees. We’re looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, great interpersonal skills, and a dedication to offering top-notch service. If you’re quick on your feet, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders courteously and promptly from guest and employees.
  • Process member charges and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, including end of day cash out.
  • Prepare and serve both beverages and food items.
  • Work with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café.
  • Restock items and refill coffee machines as needed.
  • Assist with basic food production when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food handing certification is a plus.
