Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members and guests to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging socialization and connection.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a professional and attentive demeanor.
- Ensure guest and member satisfaction through attentive and discreet service.
- Perform opening/closing duties, including accurate payment processing and reporting.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, ensuring that all equipment, ingredients, and glassware are readily available for service.
- Support set up and tear down for both lounge and banquet events.
- Assist with monthly inventory and product control.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience
- Must hold a responsible alcohol service certificate (“Serving It Right”).
- Evident knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
- Must be able to lift at least 20lbs (with ability to move cases and kegs) as needed.
- Able to navigate stairwells with ease.
- Demonstrated proficiency in food and beverage service.
- Proficiency in cash handling and credit/debit payment processing.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with members in a friendly and professional manner.
