Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members and guests to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging socialization and connection.
  • Take orders and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a professional and attentive demeanor.
  • Ensure guest and member satisfaction through attentive and discreet service.
  • Perform opening/closing duties, including accurate payment processing and reporting.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, ensuring that all equipment, ingredients, and glassware are readily available for service.
  • Support set up and tear down for both lounge and banquet events.
  • Assist with monthly inventory and product control.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience
  • Must hold a responsible alcohol service certificate (“Serving It Right”).
  • Evident knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20lbs (with ability to move cases and kegs) as needed.
  • Able to navigate stairwells with ease.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in food and beverage service.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and credit/debit payment processing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with members in a friendly and professional manner.
