Dear Members,

The Board is asking for Membership’s input and feedback on key issues that will impact the Club today, tomorrow, and in the years to come. We have prepared this survey as part of our strategic planning efforts to develop a long‐term vision for the Club’s facilities. No decisions have been made other than to develop a strategic plan for the future of the NSWC.

This survey should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete (not including the optional input of comments, which we strongly encourage). In addition, we encourage EACH member of the family to complete their own survey.  Completing this survey is a very good opportunity for you to have a voice in the future of the Club, and many of the questions are consistent with previous surveys, which helps us to identify areas that have improved and possible areas that remain a concern.

IMPORTANT:

Please be assured that all feedback will be kept completely confidential and that all results and comments will be presented in an aggregate format.

The deadline for completing this survey is September 30th, 2019.
