NSWC To Host NHL 2020 Esports Tournament – June 6

Dear Members,

The NSWC Minor Hockey Association is pleased to announce that it is partnering with Webedia to offer an NHL 2020 Esports tournament.

Half the proceeds from the tournament will be directed towards minor hockey development for our teams and players. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are unable to host our annual golf tournament and road hockey tournament, so the money raised from this Esports tournament will be timely.

As the goal is to raise as much money as possible, the tournament is open to both NSWC members and non-members. So be sure to invite all your friends to sign up. There is also going to be an 18+ division so that adults will have the opportunity to compete for bragging rights as well.

If you’ve been following the NHL and other professional sports league during this hiatus from sports, you are likely aware that all hosted Esports tournaments with their players. These events are designed to be fun and a great way to maintain comradery at a distance.
